Virtual Hosting allows us
to host multiple domains on one server. This cuts down
on overhead which allows us to host your web pages for a
low cost.
CQhost does not offer
dialup Internet access. We try to focus our
service and support on our virtual hosting clients.
No. There is NO
ADVERTISING. You'll have your own website
http://yourdomain.com, your own ftp at yourdomain.com
and your own email server. We offer professional
services only.

and let them know you would like to upgrade from plan A
to plan B. There is no setup charges for making the
change.
Files must be transferred
to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP). If
you have a PPP internet account and need FTP software,
you can download it for either the PC or Mac from http://www.winfiles.com.
You have unlimited access
via FTP or FrontPage 24-hours a day. As such, you can
create and maintain your web pages on your own computer
and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
Yes, you can use your
account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has
become a most efficient and cost-effective means of
making information available to the users of the
internet community.
Yes. You can resell space
within your account. However, you will be responsible
for its content and data transfer. It will not be
possible to acquire multiple account passwords for FTP
access.
Yes. If you would like,
we can host non-US domain name extensions. Like .fr, .jp,
.se, .co.uk etc. If you can point the domain to us, we
can host it.
We encourage our

Orders which include
payment information will usually be processed the same
day! Once an account is set up an activation notice will
be sent you via email including a userid, password, and
FTP hostname. You can begin uploading files to your new
web site immediately. Domain account users will be given
a temporary URL to access their site via the web prior
to the completion of either domain registration or
transfer.

Yes. That is what we
refer to as domain aliasing. There is a one time setup
fee of $25 for each additional domain.

Just send an email to support@cqhost.com
and request a WILDCARD DNS (*.yourdomain.com) for your
account. Then, you can use a free CGI that redirect a
domain name OR a sub-domain to a particular
sub-directory.
